Call me Q. The goal is to follow my path as I try to do one 5K each month of 2015 accomplish a new daily goal every month of 2016 run 6 10Ks during 2017. The main focus will be running, but running is just part of a larger puzzle for being healthy.

Just a few things I’ve enjoyed on my quest to try to be slightly healthier: fitbit force charge Withings Activité, Garmin Forerunner 225, Brooks Glycerine Ghost (and now Asics Nimbus Adidas Energy Boost) running shoes, Zombies, run!, yoga, my foam roller, and a couple of friends who will listen to me complain/rant/lecture about this whole process in person.
